By continuing to use and/or registering on certificates.dev (the “Service”), you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. All materials and information on the Service are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Certificates.dev ("we," "us," or "our") operates certificates.dev.
Users have permission to access the courses and learning materials provided they comply with the copyright and terms of use for free materials and the applicable payment terms for paid content. This material is for personal use only; users may not modify, copy, or use any material for commercial purposes, remove copyright notices, or attempt to pass this material off as their own.
The right to use the materials will terminate if we determine that a user is violating any of these rules and restrictions.
Certificates.dev does not provide any expressed or implied warranties and explicitly denies any other warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights violations. Moreover, Certificates.dev does not assure or make any guarantees regarding the accuracy, probable outcomes, or accuracy of the use of the materials on its website or any linked websites.
Certificates.dev is not responsible or liable for issues relating to the internet bandwidth of the user, or any issues on the user’s end. The user is liable for their own ability to process and use the materials uploaded and complete the examinations. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
The materials on this website may include technical, and visual mistakes (or typos). We do our best to have the materials proofed and mistake-free but if you see any mistakes, please let us know and we will do our best to correct them!
Third-party websites are not reviewed by us and have their own Terms of Use and Privacy Policies, as well as their own content which is not endorsed by Certificates.dev. The use of third-party sites is at the user’s own discretion.
Certificates.dev is not liable for any content submitted by a third party that is not affiliated with us. As such, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that you may incur as a result of any content posted by another user or member, either directly or indirectly.
We value user feedback and welcome suggestions for our services. However, by submitting your feedback to us, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, alter, distribute, make available, and publicly display such feedback and/or suggestions without restriction or compensation.
Certificates.dev believes in protecting the freedom of speech and expression of our users and we encourage positive contributions.
To ensure that both instructors and users feel comfortable and safe while using our Service, this policy was designed for users to understand and follow the rules when participating in the online community or otherwise using the Service.
The Service does not allow comments that are defamatory, offensive, profane, discriminatory, misleading, unlawful, or threatening.
We reserve the right to edit or remove content if we have reason to believe that it violates our Online Community Guidelines.
In addition to the Privacy Policy, these Terms and Conditions are subject to change from time to time. The most recent (July, 2024) update can be seen at the start of this document. Please remember to regularly check the Terms and Conditions for any changes that may apply.
Certificates.dev is registered in the United States of America (Delaware). However, these terms have been updated to be compliant with the GDPR regulations for users in the European Union.
If you are not completely satisfied with our services, let us know within the first 14 days after your payment by contacting team@certificates.dev. In this case, we will refund your payment in full using the original payment method.
*Note: You are not eligible for a refund in the event that you fail the exam and/or the exam re-take. We encourage you to only opt-in to complete the exam once you have covered the preparation guide provided.
You are eligible for a full refund if you let us know within 14 days of making your first purchase that you are not satisfied with our services by contacting team@certificates.dev.
*Note: Refunds are not available after you have taken the exam, even if this takes place within the 14-day period.
If you do not earn your certificate within 3 years of registering for the certification, your exam voucher will expire, and you will need to pay an additional examination fee to re-enroll for the examination to complete and earn your certificate.
*In addition, it should be noted that legal action may be taken against individuals who are found to have engaged in any of the aforementioned Prohibited Exam Behaviours, and their account will be permanently locked with no exceptions.
