Certification for Laravel program through BitterBrains is registered in the United States of America (Delaware). However, these terms have been updated to be compliant with the GDPR regulations for users in the European Union.
Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with our services, let us know within the first 14 days after your payment by contacting team@certificates.dev. In this case, we will refund your payment in full using the original payment method.
Refunds for Certificates
You are eligible for a full refund if you let us know within 14 days of making your first purchase that you are not satisfied with our services by contacting team@certificates.dev.
If you do not earn your certificate within 3 years of registering for the certification, your exam voucher will expire, and you will need to pay an additional examination fee to re-enroll for the examination to complete and earn your certificate.
